The Technical Principle of AYG Long Stroke Pumping Unit

The power transmission device is driven by Special Permanent Magnet Servo Large Torque Motor. Through special design of deceleration and torque increasing mechanism, the roller drives the internal and external traction belt, which wound around the roller, to do reciprocating motion, without intermediate transmission consuming power.

The internal counterweight is matching with downhole gravity and vertical connect by the traction belt directly, and the weight is changeless in work. Large torque output of deceleration and torque increasing mechanism by using small power source, no drive consumption by direct traction of the traction belt on the roller. And the arm gravity point is only one fifth of the same type of beam machine, so it consumes less power by changes little.

An electronically controlled frequency conversion control system specially designed for the transmission structure, which repeated field tests for more than three years by Shanghai Jiao tong National Electrical Appliance Control Research Center. Compare with the multifunctional frequency converter used in the domestic and overseas, it has the advantages of less program units, less energy consumption, reliable and durable energy-saving etc.

The traction belt is relatively wrapped around the rotation center of the roller of the pumping unit. When at TDC and BDC, the tension point of the inner and outer traction belt have force point difference with the center of the roller, and cause power consumption,  while little power consumption in the middle position.

Times of stroke of Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit can be adjusted. Set a suitable speed when direction transform, according to the up-and-down velocity of Fixed Valve Ball of downhole pump and Plunger Valve Ball, the amount of liquid in the pump will increase markedly, the relative filling volume of the downhole pump will increase, and the pump efficiency will obviously increase. This is a special way to improve pump efficiency and cannot be achieved by conventional beam pumping units and any other pumping units.
