The Structural Advantage of AYG Long Stroke Pumping Unit

The Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit is designed with stereo tower structure. It consists of engine base, lower bearing bracket, adjusting tie rod, internal counterweight balancing guide mechanism, Internal and external traction belt, transition wheel and adjustable support mechanism, rod connecter, upper frame and safety table, power drive mechanism device and protective cover. All power transmission system, reciprocating motion system and balanced guidance system are set inside the tower structure.  The top of the pumping unit is fully closed, with advantages of environmental protection, safety, beauty and practicability.

All transmission components are modular design, no crane is required for maintenance, replacement and installation, which greatly reduce construction cost and improve safety. The driven belt is specially designed by composite rubber with steel wire inside and synthetic nylon rubber ribbon structure, with advantages of high reliability, stable transmission and low working noise.

In order to ensure the smooth running of pumping unit and eliminate the reciprocating motion vibration of sucker rods, special guide rails are designed on both sides of the counterweight box. The guide wheel is made of steel wire and nylon rubber composite, an adjustable structure is also designed on the guide wheel assembly to keep the best clearance between the guide wheel and the guide rail in reciprocating motion.

The machine frame has a ladder type structure design, and a workbench with a guardrail is arranged on the top to facilitate the staff to climb and perform maintenance inspection on the equipment. At the same time, detachable angle steel is installed at the front and the back of the bottom of the rack, which makes the maintenance / inspection / moving the weight box more convenient.
