Why Our Customers Choose AYG Long Stroke Pumping Unit?

In recent years, in the discussion of non-beam pumping units, many manufacturers are striving to develop models / products for oil pumping in order to replace the outdated oil production equipment. At present, there are several kinds of non-beam pumping units put into oilfield market test and application as follows:

(1) No-beam Pumping Unit Driven by Chain Belt:Its electric reducer is at the lower of the body, the active sprocket is on the output shaft of reducer, and the driven sprocket is in the upper end of the body. The reciprocating movement of the counterweight box is driven by the Chain Shaft Joint Slider on chain. The connecting belt or wire rope on the counterweight box bypasses the upper roller and be connected with the rod of the sucker rod, to realize oil production work by making the sucker rod move up and down. The mechanical transmission structure of the machine is too much, and the resistance of the guiding mechanism of the counterweight box is too large. In addition, chain wear clearance must be adjusted and lubricated. Eventually lead to much power waste, high maintenance cost and inconvenience. And this machine does not have the function of arbitrary adjustment of stroke length.

(2) External Rotor Motor and Friction No-beam Pumping Unit:In order to meet the technical requirements of oil production, the external rotor motor is too large and expensive. It is the biggest disadvantage of using external rotor motor power. And it is hard to solve the problems of the high power outer rotor motor cooling, fast demagnetization and short life. The power system is on the frame outside the balance center of the body. When traction is out of control, safety protection measures cannot be implemented.

(3) Tower type Long Stoke Pumping Unit: Transmission structure adopts double-cycle chain drive. Due to the M-shaped main beam is distributed in the middle of the double-cycle chain and connected with the commutation mechanism, the movement of double-cycle chain becoming up-down reciprocating motion of the main suspension rope, which makes chain wearing fast , gap adjustment frequently and maintenance troublesome. And, chains must be lubricated, oil spill often occurs due to excessive storage of lubricating oil. And, this machine does not have the function of arbitrary adjustment of stroke length. Meanwhile, the outside counterweight box has a potential safety hazards, and the unloading operation requires hoisting machinery cooperating.
