How AYG Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit Saves Energy for Customer?

The structure principle of Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit is to reduce the traction power by balancing the counterweight. And its process performance is to increase the filling capacity of pump chamber by long stroke and slow speed, to improve the working efficiency of pumps. (1) Conventional pumping units currently used in oil fields, such as: The power of the Beam pumping unit is 45KW and the daily power consumption is 600 degrees. So the annual power consumption is 219000 degrees.

Pump efficiency is 50-60% in 800-1500 meters of pump setting depth; pump efficiency is 40-50% in 1500-2500 meters of pump setting depth. But the pump efficiency of Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit is greatly improved. Pump efficiency is75-85% in 800-1500 meters of pump setting depth; pump efficiency is65-75% in 1500-2500 meters of pump setting depth. The average increase of pump efficiency is more than 25%.

(4) If calculated the pump efficiency is increased by 15%, consider various reasons, conventional beam pumping units can produce 10 tons of crude oil per day with 30 tons of liquid production and 67% of water cut. Smart Long Stroke Pumping Unit can increase the production of crude oil to 12 tons per day with 35 tons of liquid production and 65% of water cut. The production of crude oil is increased by 2 tons per day. If it works 300 days a year, the annual output will increase 600 tons of crude oil.
